Faten has 20+ years in education with experience at top institutions and BCBA certifications. In 2024, she founded Froggy Creative Learning Ltd in the UK, providing personalized online education for children with special needs.

Faten has over 20 years of experience in the education sector, having worked in various countries including Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UK, and the USA. She has held key roles at renowned educational institutions such as:

  • GEMS Dubai American Academy
  • GEMS World Academy
  • Innoventures Education
  • Raffles Nursery
  • Jebel Ali Village Nursery

Faten is bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English, which enables her to connect with a broad range of students, parents, and educators. Her ability to communicate effectively in both languages has been a crucial asset in multicultural settings, allowing her to foster inclusivity and bridge cultural gaps. This linguistic skill, combined with her extensive experience across different countries and cultures, has enriched her approach to education, enabling her to adapt and meet the needs of children from diverse backgrounds.

Faten is deeply committed to providing specialized support for children with special needs. She has completed the BCBA Certified Course for Special Needs Education at Small Steps in Dubai and holds a BCBA Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) qualification. Additionally, she has been trained as a Shadow Teacher for children with special needs, helping her develop tailored strategies to support their unique learning requirements.

In September 2023, Faten relocated to the UK and in 2024, she founded Froggy Creative Learning Ltd, based in Leeds. Froggy offers British online education services for children with special needs across the UK. Through her company, Faten continues her mission of providing customized education, ensuring that each child receives the personalized support they need to succeed.
